Flexibility Training for BJJ

This 6-week series will teach you how, when, and what to stretch to balance strength and flexibility in jiu-jitsu. Classes will include a dynamic warm-up that can be used in any training situation, mobility drills to help with specific training positions, and stretches to increase long-term flexibility.
